Joining Introduction Template

The introduction template below is used for joining as a Member of Forsaken. We have no big applications, all we ask is that you fill in a proper introduction.

Before you join, know what you sign up for. Read THIS so you know what we are all about.

Make sure you take a look at our rules which can be found HERE.

Don't know how to upload screenshots? Take a look by clicking HERE.

In order to become a part of Forsaken as a clan, you need to fill in the following template. Copy & paste this and make a new topic in the introduction section. You will then either get accepted or declined. Your introduction remains open for 24-72 hours. If you get accepted you will become a Junior of Forsaken. If you get declined, you can try again 1 month after being declined.
Answer all questions, leave nothing blank.

Note: Put effort in your introduction. It's our first impression of you and it isn't a big template at all.
